Sexual abuse lawsuit filed against Piedmont Hills High School

Cerri, Boskovich & Allard, LLP

Another victim of former Piedmont Hills High School track coach Chioke Robinson is coming forward with her story of sexual abuse.

In a newly filed amended lawsuit, Jane Doe 2 claims that Robinson began sexually grooming her in the 2009-2010 school year and that Robinson sexually abused her starting in the 2010-2011 school year and continuing through the 2011-2012 school year.

The lawsuit states that the abuse escalated from inappropriate massages to sexual intercourse.

Robinson used his position of trust and authority as a coach to groom and sexual abuse the young students according to the complaint.

Doe 2 joins Doe 1 in the lawsuit against Piedmont Hills High School. Both girls ran track and were coached by Robinson.

In the previous lawsuit, the complaint states that Robinson’s inappropriate behavior was reported to school officials sometime around 2012 by a mother who had heard the coach was “involved in a sexual relationship with Jane Doe 1.”

Robinson was arrested in February 2019 by the San Jose Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and charged with sexually assaulting four girls between the ages of 12 and 17.

Mr. Allard and his team also represent a Robinson victim from Los Gatos High School who was allegedly abused in the late 1990s.

Anyone with information regarding Robinson is urged to contact Cerri, Boskovich & Allard at 408-289-1417.
